THE FIRST MULBERRY PROJECT INVOLVES THE DEVELOPMENT OF THREE AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUILDINGS IN THE ALLISON HILL NEIGHBORHOOD OF HARRISBURG, PA. PALADIN IS THE CO-OWNER AND NON-PROFIT PARTNER IN THIS ENDEAVOR, AND WILL ULTIMATELY MANAGE THE THREE BUILDINGS CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT AFTER A PRE- DETERMINED PERIOD. HHA OPTED TO TRANSFER THE REIMBURSEMENT DOLLARS TO PALADIN IN PREPARATION FOR PROSPECTIVE FUTURE AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS BEING APPLIED FOR THIS YEAR, AMONG OTHER MISSION- RELATED OBJECTIVES SET FOR PALADIN. THE FIRST MULBERRY PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO CONCLUDE IN DECEMBER OF 2018.
