To inspire and engage artistic creativity for all ages and abilities and to celebrate and strengthen the essential role of visual art in community life.
The art center promotes artistic growth and appreciation by offering affordable programs for all ages and abilities. The center offers 6 exhibitions per year that are free and open to the public. Approximately 2,200 adult registrations, 1,175 youth registrations, and 150 family registrations for a cumulative 400 classes. Our community partner programs and special needs classes have served more than 500 students over the past year at 7 locations accross the greater Philadelphia region. Additionally our scholarship program provides 30-50 scholarships annually to adults and children with the ability to take classes and attend summer camp which further supports the Center's mission to make art accessible to everyone.
