The Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program provides residential living arrangements for individuals with mental disabilities through group homes, supervised apartments, and supported living programs.

The program helps identified individuals to secure housing in the community of their choosing and maintain tenancy. Transitional Youth Program offers support to at-risk youth to transition into the community.
