Externship ProgramThrough this program the senior students and young graduates of Dow will get exposure to practice of medicine in US. They can either choose to do an Elective through a University Program or Externship by shadowing anyone of the members in their practice. It is for mentorship and coaching for young prospective candidates for their path to residency. Also, The Visiting Faculty Program is used to develop self-sustainable education and training programs for medical students as well as assisting them in getting international exposures in the medical career.
