COAL HERITAGE EDUCATION OF GENERAL PUBLIC OF HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF COAL MINING INDUSTRY PRESERVATION OF TOWN CLOCK THAT HAS SIGNIFICANCE TO THE HISTORY OF THE TOWN OF WINDBER. REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE CLOCK, IN ADDITION TO A PLAQUE PLACED ON TOWN CLOCK BUILDING FOR INFORMING THE PUBLIC OF THE HISTORY OF THE CLOCK AND THE LEGACY OF THE CLOCK.
