Summit: Our annual summit brings together our diverse members of retailers, manufacturers, certification bodies, industry trade groups and other interested stakeholders, for knowledge sharing and learning opportunities. This year our event was virtual series of 9 webinars spanning 6 months.
Auditor Training: By utilizing the knowledge of our members and outside consultant services, we developed an auditor training program for certification bodies and independent auditors to attend and become certified.
CB oversight /integrity: In order to ensure that our auditors are of the highest quality, and that we are able to monitor the results of these audits to ensure fairness, transparency and integrity, we continue to developed several components of CB oversight and audit inegrity as Certified Program Owner.
