IT IS DEDICATED TO THE CULTIVATION OF NEW INNOVATIVE IDEAS, THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE TOOLS AND PROCESSES, AND THE PROMOTION OF A CULTURE OF CREATIVITY, MEANINGFUL RISK-TAKING, AND GROWTH FOR THE BENEFIT OF LANCASTER GENERAL HEALTH AND ITS AFFILIATES. POTENTIAL INNOVATION PROGRAMS ARE CATEGORIZED INTO FOUR PRIMARY SUB-PORTFOLIOS: TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS & SERVICES, CONSUMER ACCESS AND NAVIGATION SOLUTIONS, CHRONIC CARE SOLUTIONS, AND ANYWHERE CARE, I.E., NEW ALTERNATIVES TO CARE DELIVERY THAT ARE PRIMARILY OUTSIDE INSTITUTIONAL SETTINGS. THE PORTFOLIOS ARE INTENDED TO ADVANCE THE VISION OF LANCASTER GENERAL HEALTH, CONCENTRATING ON NOVEL STRATEGIES TO TRANSFORM THE CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND PROMOTE ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY.
