The mission statement of the Local Union includes, but is not limited to on behalf of its members collective bargaining, grievance procedures, arbitrations, strike benefits, education, and to improve the working conditions for its members.
Labor Union enforced the collective bargaining agreement to better the working conditions of the Local Union and to provide representation to its members.
