Pike County Business Development Corporation was established to promote proposed or projected industrial developments in the various municipalities comprising Pike County in the acquisition and improvement of sites and the erection of buildings thereon for the operation of industrial manufacturing and distributing establishments within said localities. The Corporation's Board Members are the primary level of government which has oversight responsibility and control of all activities related to the operation of the Corporation.
