Highlights of program service accomplishments for 2019 include the expansion of our community-based programming into historically underserved neighborhoods of North Philadelphia, developing bilingual programs in collaboration with neighborhood residents living with dementia and their care partners; and the continuation of our advocacy and education-based work to connect people living with dementia and their care partners with medical and other health professions students as their mentors.
