PNH is a county nursing home that is managed and operated by Fairmount Long Term Care (FLTC). FLTC operates the Philadelphia Nursing Home on behalf of the City of Philadelphia. Licensed as a 402-bed long-term care facility, 99.8% of the residents of the nursing home are covered by the Medical Assistance program (Medicaid) or Medicare.
