Organization continues program for repair of owner-occupied homes, assisting low income & elderly homeowners requiring repairs to their homes. Also provides (2) rental properties to low-income tenants. Net rents provide funding for repair program.
The Owner-Occupied Repair Program (OORP) assists low and moderate income and/or senior homeowners in obtaining funding to do the needed exterior repairs on their homes. This is done through a grant for those who need additional assistance
