Clothing, connections, confidence! The mission of Dress for Success Pittsburgh is to empower women who are entering and returning to the workforce across Southwestern Pennsylvania. Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life. Over the last 15 years, Dress for Success Pittsburgh expanded its reach to serve Allegheny, Butler, Fayette, Greene, and Washington counties, adding mobile services to serve more than 30,000 women across Southwestern Pennsylvania.
The professional suiting program and mobile services events provide each woman with clothing, shoes, professional accessories and personal care items for job search/interview and then three additional outfits for employment/training.
Women receive employment readiness skills and interview preparation along with virtual resume review and professional branding workshops.
