To establish partnerships with employers, higher education programs, the US Military and community organizations to meet the needs of the regions employment sectors by preparing and connecting PHASE 4s participants to the appropriate career path.

Alternative Education Program This program serves at-risk students from grades 7-12, addressing the academic, social, behavioral and future needs of each individual student. Diploma Retrieval Program This program targets those students who have withdrawn from school and choose to return in order to earn their high school diploma and prepare for their futures. Diploma retrieval students are approved by the district to receive a diploma upon completion of required coursework. Learn and Earn Helps economically disadvantaged youth find summer work. Summer School Credit recovery program. Phase 4 provides career preparedness training including mentoring, job-site readiness, internships and job placements.
