UPTOWN PARTNERS IS A COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION OF RESIDENTS, INSTITUTIONS, AND BUSINESS OWNERS-WORKING TOGETHER TO BUILD A VIBRANT UPTOWN COMMUNITY.
