BUILDING A SYSTEM-WIDE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM BASED ON CURRENT BEST-PRACTICES, THEREBY PROVIDING AN INFRA-STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING CURRENT AND FUTURE CAMPAIGNS.2. DEVELOPING COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGIES AND PROGRAMS FOR BUILDING LIFETIME DONOR RELATIONSHIPS.3. PRESERVING THE PURCHASING POWER OF GIFTS AND PROVIDING A MAJOR SOURCE OF CONSISTENT, ONGOING SUPPORT TO VCS AND ITS MEMBER MINISTRIES.4. ADMINISTERING THESE RESOURCES FOR THE BENEFIT OF VCS AND ITS MEMBER MINISTRIES IN A WAY THAT INSPIRES TRUST AND COMMITMENT FROM DONORS.

VINCENTIAN COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM CHARITABLE FOUNDATION IS A MEMBER OF VINCENTIAN COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM, A CATHOLIC HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATION HEADQUARTERED IN THE NORTH HILLS OF PITTSBURGH THAT OFFERS A CONTINUUM OF HIGHLY-RATED SENIOR CARE SERVICES AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIVING, SKILLED NURSING, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, LONG TERM CARE, PERSONAL CARE AND MEMORY CARE. THE VINCENTIAN SYSTEM IS COMPRISED OF VINCENTIAN HOME AND VINCENTIAN REGENCY IN THE NORTH HILLS, MARIAN MANOR IN THE SOUTH HILLS VINCENTIAN DE MARILLAC IN THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH. ADDITIONALLY THE SYSTEM INCLUDES TWO OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION LOCATIONS, TWO CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS AND A CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. EACH YEAR, THE VINCENTIAN SYSTEM COLLECTIVELY CONTRIBUTES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING MORE THAN $8.8 MILLION IN BENEVOLENT CARE, SERVING SOME 2,000 SENIORS, 219 CHILDREN AND PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY JOBS TO MORE THAN 1,000 PEOPLE.

VINCENTIAN CHARITABLE FOUNDATION IS THE PHILANTHROPIC ARM OF VINCENTIAN COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM AND ITS MEMBER MINISTRIES. IN KEEPING WITH OUR CHARITABLE PURPOSE, THE MEMBER MINISTRIES SERVE PERSONS OF ALL RELIGIOUS BACKGROUNDS AND INCOME LEVELS RESULTING IN THE PROVISION OF APPROXIMATELY $8.8 MILLION IN BENEVOLENT CARE DURING FY 2020. THE FOUNDATION EXISTS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THAT BENEVOLENT CARE, AS WELL AS PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS THE SYSTEM. WE DO SO THROUGH A BALANCED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THAT SEEKS TO CONNECT CHARITABLY MINDED INDIVIDUALS WITH APPROPRIATE NEEDS. THIS IS DONE THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM OF COMMUNICATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL GIFTS, GRANTS AND PLANNED GIFTS. DURING FY 2020 THE FOUNDATION RECEIVED GIFTS AND COMMITMENTS FOR GIFTS TOTALING MORE THAN $1 MILLION.
