VINCENTIAN HOME IS A MEMBER OF VINCENTIAN COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM, A CATHOLIC HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATION HEADQUARTERED IN THE NORTH HILLS OF PITTSBURGH. IN THE CATHOLIC TRADITION AND FOLLOWING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL AND ST. LOUISE DE MARILLAC, VINCENTIAN HOME PROVIDES QUALITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ARE COMPASSIONATE, COMPREHENSIVE, AFFORDABLE, DIGNIFIED AND STRONGLY SPIRITUAL IN NATURE. VINCENTIAN IS SPONSORED BY THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF NAZARETH, WITH WHOM THE VINCENTIAN SISTERS OF CHARITY MERGED IN 2008.

VINCENTIAN HOME IS A MEMBER OF VINCENTIAN COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM, A CATHOLIC HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATION HEADQUARTERED IN THE NORTH HILLS OF PITTSBURGH THAT OFFERS A CONTINUUM OF HIGHLY-RATED SENIOR CARE SERVICES AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIVING, SKILLED NURSING, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, LONG TERM CARE, PERSONAL CARE AND MEMORY CARE. THE VINCENTIAN SYSTEM IS COMPRISED OF VINCENTIAN HOME AND VINCENTIAN REGENCY IN THE NORTH HILLS, MARIAN MANOR IN THE SOUTH HILLS AND VINCENTIAN DE MARILLAC IN THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH. ADDITIONALLY THE SYSTEM INCLUDES TWO OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION LOCATIONS, TWO CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS AND A CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. EACH YEAR, THE VINCENTIAN SYSTEM COLLECTIVELY CONTRIBUTES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING MORE THAN $8.8 MILLION IN BENEVOLENT CARE, SERVING SOME 2,000 SENIORS, 219 CHILDREN AND PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY JOBS TO MORE THAN 1,000 PEOPLE.

VINCENTIAN HOME IS A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (CCRC) THAT PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF SKILLED NURSING, PERSONAL CARE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES, AND SERVED 1,049 LIVES DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020. ADDITIONALLY, 64 INDEPENDENT LIVING HOMES AND APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED AT VINCENTIAN VILLA ON BABCOCK BOULEVARD (LESS THAN 1/4 MILE AWAY). WE PROVIDE SKILLED AND INTERMEDIATE NURSING CARE, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, PERSONAL CARE, AND ALZHEIMER'S/DEMENTIA CARE IN THE TRADITION OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL AND ST. LOUISE DE MARILLAC. VINCENTIAN'S NEWEST COMMUNITY, MEMORY LANE AT VINCENTIAN PERSONAL CARE, IS AN INNOVATIVE NEW APPROACH TO ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA CARE. DESIGNED TO IMMERSE RESIDENTS IN A FAMILIAR SETTING THAT EVOKES MEMORIES OF EARLY ADULTHOOD, THIS 10-ROOM COMMUNITY IS AT THE FOREFRONT OF MEMORY CARE. AT VINCENTIAN HOME, PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. REHABILITATION SERVICES INCLUDE PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND SPEECH THERAPY. HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDE MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES, DENTAL, PODIATRY AND OPTHALMOLOGY SERVICES, PHARMACY, LABORATORY, X-RAY AND EKG SERVICES, IV THERAPY AND OXYGEN THERAPY, OSTOMY CARE AND HOSPICE. PASTORAL CARE AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS AS WELL AS A BUSY ACTIVITY CALENDAR AND A SMALL BEAUTY/BARBER SHOP. CATHOLIC AND INTER-DENOMINATIONAL SERVICES TAKE PLACE REGULARLY IN THE LOVELY CHAPEL.OUR MINISTRY IS CARRIED OUT BY 463 EMPLOYEES WHOSE WORK IS COMPLEMENTED AND EXTENDED BY A DEDICATED CORPS OF 924 VOLUNTEERS. WE SUSTAIN MULTIPLE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS THAT ENSURE OUR PROGRAMS SERVE TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF ALL WHO ARE ENTRUSTED IN OUR CARE.SERVING PERSONS OF ALL RELIGIOUS BACKGROUNDS AND INCOME LEVELS (4% OF RESIDENTS RECEIVE MEDICAID), VINCENTIAN HOME PROVIDED MORE THAN $5.1 MILLION IN BENEVOLENT CARE DURING FY 2020. WE ARE ABLE TO DO SO THANKS TO A DEDICATED COMMUNITY OF DONORS WHO ENABLE THE CONTINUED ENHANCEMENT OF PROGRAMS AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH THEIR FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
