JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAMS ARE DELIVERED BY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS, AND PROVIDE RELEVANT, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCES THAT GIVE STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IN WORK READINESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY. JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF BERKS COUNTY INC SERVES OVER 7,500 STUDENTS IN BERKS, LEHIGH AND NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS, STUDENTS GAIN THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THEY NEED TO OWN THEIR ECONOMIC SUCCESS, PLAN FOR THEIR FUTURE, AND MAKE SMART ACADEMIC AND ECONOMIC CHOICES. OUR LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICES ARE INNOVATIVE, VOLUNTEER LED CLASSROOM PROGRAMS, YOUNG MENS AND YOUNG WOMENS SYMPOSIUMS (CAREER EXPLORATION, WORK READINESS, AND FINANCIAL GUIDANCE) AND THE DALE CARNEGIE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.
