EFFORTS ARE AIMED AT HELPING CONSUMERS PROGRESS TO A MORE INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT.
SOCIAL REHAB: IS PROVIDED IN A CLUBHOUSE DAY TREATMENT SETTING FOR CONSUMERS.
