Hope For Kids Foster Care is an organization serving children and families of all faiths and cultural backgrounds by providing preventative, supportive and specialized foster homes and services to enhance positive growth for the most disadvantaged infants, children and adolescents of Pennsylvania. See attached at Schedule O:Specialized Foster Care provides foster homes and specialized programs serving children and youth who have been neglected, physically or sexually abused, mental health or mental retardation and who are behaviorally challenged whose needs are too intense to be served in traditional foster care and who are at high risk for institutional placement. HFKs also serves as a transitional, step down service for children who have completed more restrictive placements in group homes or residential facilities and are ready to transition back into a community living environment.Reative Attachment Disorder Program serves children with Reactive Attachment Disorder who are eligible for long-term foster care, whose parental rights are/will be terminated, or are currently up for adoption.Autism Spectrum Disorder Program accepts children who are in the autism spectrum disorder category providing services such as; Applied Behavior Analysis, Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children, Picture Exchange Communication Systems, Sensory Integration Therapy, Auditory Integration Therapy and Complementary Therapies. Interventions and services are tailored to the child's individual behaviors and needs. Special Medical Care Program offers a unique approach to meeting the needs of infants, children, and adolescents with medical conditions for which foster care is a feasible alternative to hospitalization or convalescent home care.

Adoption - Hope For Kids received its adoption license January 2009 and is now providing adoption services for birth, foster, and adoptive children and families with and without special needs. See attached at Schedule O:Hope For Kids expanded services in 2008 by becoming a fully licensed adoption agency in Pennsylvania providing adoption services and support for families and children.

Kidz Rainbow Center is an early child care and educational center licensed to serve 87 infants and children by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. See attached at Schedule O:Kidz Rainbow Center is an early child care and educational center serving children ages six weeks through 5th grade in a child inspired and focused home-like, community centered and all-inclusive environment. Currently it is one of a few centers located in rural, central Pennsylvania, to provide a therapeutic component which is structured into the daily programs. This component provides additional support to children with special needs such as Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Sensory Integration Disorder.Since 2006 it has provided daycare and preschool services to approximately 200 children from 10 different small rural towns in and around Centre County. As an established provider of inclusive, early child care and education, Kidz Rainbow Center effectively collaborates with multiple school districts, universities, civic organizations, area agencies and the faith based communityin the provisions of services to all children.Current programs and activities are Early Child Care (infants, toddlers and pre-kindergarten), Pre-School Educational Programs (ages three, four, and five), Before and After School Programs (servicing 5 different elementary schools in Centre County), Discovery Sumer Camp (children ages 3 through 12), Specialized Intervention Programs and Services (to support Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Sensory Integration), Parent Support Groups (parent training and education).
