FPN was formed to own and operate physician practices that serve the patients of Fayette County Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. FPN has at all times since its formation been organized and operated for charitable purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 C 3. During FY20, FPN operated 2 Primary Care Practices, a Surgical Practice, and a Cardiology Practice. FPN also provided inpatient Neurology, Otolaryngology, Anesthesia, and Intensivist services to patients within Uniontown Hospital, an affiliated organinzaiton.
Fayette Physicin Network, Inc. received revenue from Uniontown Hospital, an affiliated organization, for the sharing of FPN paid employees related to staffing shortages caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. FPN also received revenue from Uniontown Hospital for Medical Directorship services provided to the affilitated organization by FPN paid Physicians.
Fayette Physician Network, Inc. received additional miscellaneous revenue related to the operations of the practice.
