The Corporation is a nonprofit organization organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code), specifically for the purposes of restoring and maintaining Willows Mansion, a historic property located in Pennsylvania and owned by Radnor Township, thereby alleviating the Township's burden of caring for and preserving this historic property and making it open and available for public use and enjoyment.
