OIL POLLUTION ACT PROJECT AND HAZARDOUS SPILLS - DATA COLLECTION, MAPPING, AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPILL RESPONSE PLANS AND PROTOCOLS; INCLUDING COMPLETION OF THE WISCONSIN STATEWIDE INLAND SENSITIVITY ATLAS (ISA) UPDATE AS WELL AS DEVELOPMENT OF THE MINNESOTA ISA UPDATE AND INCIDENT ACTION PLAN FOR UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER POOLS 20 AND 21 AND THE WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR SUB-AREA CONTINGENCY PLAN. FINALIZED THE SPILL RESPONSE PLAN FOR THE ST. CROIX NATIONAL SCENIC RIVERWAY, INCLUDING OUTREACH TO KEY CONSTITUENTS THROUGHOUT THE RIVERWAY. LED THE UMR HAZARDOUS SPILLS COORDINATION GROUP IN CONDUCTING TWO INTERAGENCY MEETINGS, IN CO-SPONSORING ONE RIVER-BASED RESPONSE TRAINING, AND IN HOLDING NOTIFICATION DRILLS. SERVED ON A NATIONAL COMMITTEE IN PLANNING FOR THE ANNUAL CLEAN WATER CONFERENCE.

ECOSYSTEM - COORDINATED STATES INVOLVEMENT IN ECOSYSTEM-RELATED PROGRAMS AND OTHER EFFORTS AND PROVIDED STAFF SERVICES FOR A FEDERAL/STATE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE.
