Mission Animal Hospital focuses on providing low-cost and accessible veterinary services to low-income pet owners.
Our mission is to provide high quality veterinary care for those in need.
Mission Animal Hospital is the only full-service nonprofit veterinary hospital in the Midwest, offering subsidized care and payment options to help families maintain the bond with their pets and reduce pet surrenders in our community. The demand for Mission's services continues to increase. Last year we saw over 23,000 patients, making Mission one of the busiest animal hospitals in Minnesota. In 2019, Mission expanded to include four new exam rooms, a new comfort room, a second treatment room for the appointment service, and a new advanced surgery suite for Mission's Advanced Surgery Practice. To better serve partners in the rescue community, Mission also launched a new high-quality, high-volume (HQHV) spay/neuter program in a newly designed and dedicated surgical area.
