JSAW is an action sports ministry, providing youth a safe, positive environment where they can belong, be introduced to Jesus Christ and be engaged in discipleship.

JSAW provides riders typically ages 13-18 with a safe, positive environment where they can find a sense of belonging. It is within that environment where riders are given the opportunity to partake in a weekly small group Bible study and/or get connected to a mentor. In 2016, JSAW served an average of 21 riders each week in small groups and mentoring relationships.
JSAW served 2,765 youth through events in the Twin Cities area. This includes community service projects, contests, and camps. Each of these events are relationship and community building opportunities that get riders engaged in JSAW's programs.
JSAW provides small grants to support the efforts of action sports ministries around the world that fit within JSAW's mission. In 2016 JSAW sent funds to help with projects in Scotland and Colombia. JSAW's Executive Director spoke at several conferences raising awareness about action sports ministry and training international leaders on how to reach riders.
