Connections Program provides one-on-one case management at our Center in Elk River and at local high schools. We facilitate connections with local service providers for well being, employment, education and housing. We also provide on-site mental health therapy services for our youth. While our Center was temporarily closed in the Spring due to COVID-19, case management and mental health support was shifted to remote work via phone, text, email, video chat, or meeting outside at a park. Remote case management and mental health support continues to be offered as an option to those we serve.
Our Basic Needs Program provides essential goods and services at our resource center located in Elk River, Minnesota. This includes meals, food to go, clothing and hygiene products, computer access, transportation, and assistance with well being. While our Center was temporarily closed in the spring, a fully stocked basic needs bin was maintained outside the center, allowing youth continued access to essential goods at a familiar location.
