Independent Senior Housing
Glenwood Plaza is an independent senior housing project with units sold or rented as townhomes with guaranteed buy-back provisions. The units have two bedrooms and an attached garage. There are 30 units available in duplex or triplex configurations. The monthly service fee includes lawn care, snow removal, maintenance on buildings and installed equipment, water, sewer, and garbage. If needed, home care services may be contracted privately with the client's vendor of choice. Plaza tenants are invited to participate in activities sponsored by related non-profit entities. Monthly service fees or rents are kept as low as possible to cover operations.
