EDUCATION PROGRAM: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED QUALITY EARLY EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AGES SIX (6) WEEKS THROUGH TWELVE (12) YEARS, BY MEANS OF A REGULARLY SCHEDULED CURRICULUM THAT INSTRUCTED AND TRAINED WITH A VIEW TOWARD ENHANCING SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYED A REGULAR FACULTY OF QUALIFIED TEACHERS AND CAREGIVERS, AND ENGAGED IN RECOGNIZED BEST PRACTICES FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT

ENRICHMENT/RESOURCE PROGRAM: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED AN ENRICHMENT/RESOURCE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MUSIC, STEM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS) TAUGHT BY EXPERIENCED TEACHERS; AND STORYTELLING, THEATER, AND MAGIC TAUGHT BY HIGHLY-RATED INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. TINY TOTS ALSO SPONSORS CULTURALLY AND SOCIALLY-ENRICHING FIELD TRIPS FOR THE CHILDREN AS A PART OF ITS ENRICHMENT/RESOURCE PROGRAM.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: THE ORGANIZATION HAD A SAFETY NET IN PLACE FOR ENROLLED FAMILIES WHO EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY. THESE FAMILIES WERE ABLE TO APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS OR ASK TO PAY A REDUCED RATE/SLIDING FEE
