A GRAND TOTAL OF 1,682 MEMBERS ATTENDED THESE SESSIONS.

TRAINING DELIVERY:A TOTAL OF 5,118 CREDIT AND COLLECTION PROFESSIONALS RECEIVED INDUSTRY SPECIFIC TRAINING THROUGH FACE TO FACE SEMINARS, ONLINE SEMINARS, TELESEMINARS AND WEB COURSES.

CREDENTIALING: ACA OFFERS 10 DESIGNATIONS AND CERTIFICATES WHICH CAN BE ACHIEVED BY ATTENDING AND COMPLETING COURSE REQUIREMENTS IN THE FISCAL YEAR, 1,092 DESIGNATIONS AND CERTIFICATES WERE AWARDED TO CREDIT AND COLLECTION PROFESSIONALS AND AGENCIES.
