Organizations Filed Purposes: CCM HELPS LOCAL GOVERNMENTS ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT AND MEASURABLE IMPROVEMENTS BY GIVING THEM THE TOOLS TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE. WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING PRIVATE SECTOR PRO BONO EXPERTISE TO SOLVE SPECIFIC, TANGIBLE PROBLEMS FOR GOVERNMENTAL CLIENTS.

The 2019 work of Civic Consulting was the MPLS rental licensing and inspections project where we assessed the current system, researched best practices around the country and developed recommendations for revisions.

Civic Consulting Minnesota, through consultant Yellow House Ideas worked on the Community Partnerships project. Civic Consulting Minnesota worked with three local foundations (Minneapolis Foundation, Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, Greater Twin Cities United Way) to explore new avenues for partnership focused on reducing systemic racial inequities in the Twin Cities Metro.
