OUR ADVOCACY WORK AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE HAS CONTRIBUTED TO SEVERAL SUBSIDIZED HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS REMAINING IN FEDERAL PROGRAMS, HAS PROTECTED THE RIGHTS OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING TENANTS TO ONGOING AFFORDABLE RENTS, AND HAS HELPED SHAPE STATE AND FEDERAL HOUSING PRESERVATION POLICIES.
