Organizations Filed Purposes: To train and educate individuals and non-profits to become real estate developers of small buildings in urban neighborhoods and coach communities to create appropriate policies and programs.

TRAINING - IncDev conducts training workshops at beginner and advanced levels throughout the country. In 2019, we conducted 13 events training over 1,000 people. Attendees come from private, non-profit, and public sectors to learn how small real estate projects work and how cities can better support and allow these projects.

PROJECTS - IncDev conducts in-depth coaching in cities, usually partnering with non-profits, foundations, or government agencies. This work looks holistically at the financial, zoning, building code issues in communities and calibrating them to be supportive of small real estate projects of 1-3 stories that fit with neighborhood scale common in older US cities. Major projects included work in Kalamazoo, South Bend, Tompkins County NY, the State of Michigan and State of Virginia.

SPEAKING AND CONFERENCES - IncDev gives educational lectures and holds small meetings to discuss small real estate development issues. In 2019, we spoke at 20 lectures and conferences reaching over 2,000 people.
