CDBG - UNDER THIS PROGRAM THE ORGANIZATION SERVES LOW INCOME CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS RESIDENTS BY CONNECTING THEM TO EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH INCREASED EARNING POTENTIAL. ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT BUILDING RESUMES AND LEARNING SELF-SUFFICIENCY WITH JOB SEARCH TECHNIQUES.
P2P - UNDER THIS PROGRAM, FOCUS IS ON LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS FROM THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN COMMUNITIES IN MINNESOTA. SEARCH UTILIZES THESE FUNDS TO PROVIDE SOLDERING TRAINING CERTIFICATION TO THE HMONG COMMUNITY IN THE ST. PAUL AREA.
MJSP - UNDER THIS PROGRAM THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TRAINING SUPPORT FOR ADULT EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION OPPORTUNITIES. GRANTS ARE DEVOTED TO TRAINING RELATED RESOURCES ONLY (E.G. INSTRUCTOR TIME, TUITION, BOOKS, COURSE MATERIALS).
