THE THIELENS OPENLY SHARE STORIES OF HOPE, STRENGTH AND FAITH AND ALSO OFFER WELLNESS TOOLS THAT THEY INCORPORATE INTO THEIR BUSY LIVES, SUCH AS JOURNALING AND YOGA. THEY TALK OPENLY ABOUT HOW THEY DEAL WITH STRESS, ANXIETY AND NEGATIVITY FROM SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALSO THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING AN ENCOURAGING SUPPORT SYSTEM. ADAM AND CAIT HOSTED A MEAL AT MOA FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEY WERE GIFTED GIFT CARDS FOR MOA ATTRACTIONS; GIFTS FROM MN VIKINGS PLUS THIELEN FOUNDATION GAVE SALVATION ARMY AN ADDITIONAL $5,000 FOR THESE FAMILIES FOR NEEDS THAT ARISE SUCH AS HOUSING, RENT, TUITION, CLOTHING, FOOD, ETC.

BROOKLYN CENTER HIGH SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP:SUPPORTED STUDENT ATHLETES WITH UPGRADED WEIGHT ROOM FOR WHOLE SCHOOL TO USE; PURCHASED TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT FOR ALL SPORTS TEAMS; GIFT CARDS WERE PROVIDED BY SCHEELS FOR PERSONAL EQUIPMENT FOR ATHLETES; NUTRITIOUS SNACKS AND EDUCATION WAS PROVIDED ON GAME DAYS; ADAM AND CAIT VISITED AND APPEARED AT FALL ATHLETIC BANQUET TO ENCOURAGE AND INSPIRE STUDENTS; STUDENTS HAD INCENTIVES FOR EDUCATIONAL GOALS AND LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS WERE GIVEN.
