Services included in assisted living include three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation to medical appointments, outings and shopping, daily life enrichment programs, 24/7 staffing by home health aides, on-site nursing care, and a varying degree of wellness care and personal care services, dependent on tenant needs.Richfield Senior Housing, Inc. strives to provide housing and services to tenants at an affordable cost. Approximately 12% (14) of the independent living units have been offered at rents that are affordable to tenants whose income does not exceed 60% of the area median gross income, adjusted for family size, and the rent charged on these units cannot exceed 30% of this amount. Also, approximately 52% (23) of the assisted living tenants have their services paid for under Elderly Waiver, a federally funded program to assist low income seniors.
