AS THE ONLY NETWORK OF ITS KIND IN THE STATE, RACIAL EQUITY MINNESOTA IS TRUSTED TO HELP DELIVER POSITIVE OUTCOMES AND SOLUTIONS ON THE COMPLEX TOPIC OF RACIAL EQUITY THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE PORTFOLIO OF PRODUCTS AND CONTINUUM OF SERVICES. RACIAL EQUITY MINNESOTA HELPS ITS CLIENTS ESTABLISH DIALOGUE AND A PLATFORM FOR UNDERSTANDING ON A DIFFICULT TOPIC.

FOR THE ADULTS WHO TEACH AND CARE FOR THEM, AMAZE OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR SELF REFLECTION, A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF HOW ANTI-BIAS EDUCATION AND SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING WILL IMPACT THEIR STUDENTS AND CLASSROOMS, AND PRACTICAL, EASY TO USE TOOLS THAT BUILD CONNECTED LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS.IN 2016 AMAZE INTRODUCED, ON A LARGE SCALE, CLASSROOM DYNAMICS, A NEW SURVEY TOOL THAT GIVES STUDENT VOICE TO THE SOCIAL DYNAMICS WITHIN A CLASSROOM. THIS TOOL HIGHLIGHTS ISOLATION, EXCLUSION, POTENTIAL FRIENDSHIPS AND STUDENTS WHO ARE EITHER AT-RISK OR ARE LEADERS IN STANDING UP FOR OTHERS. AMAZE STAFF WORKED WITH TEACHERS TO CREATE COOPERATIVE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES WHERE STUDENTS CAN FIND CONNECTIONS AND BUILD COMMUNITY. AMAZE ALSO BECAME THE FISCAL AGENT TO RACIAL EQUITY MINNESOTA NETWORK AND WORKED WITH ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES TO SELF-EVALUATE AND THEN SET AND ACHIEVE EQUITY GOALS. AMAZE DEVELOPED IMPLICIT BIAS TRAINING, BASED ON WORKSHOPS AMAZE HAS GIVEN AT SEVERAL NATIONAL EDUCATION CONFERENCES OVER THE YEARS. AMAZE CONTINUES TO PROVIDE STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND CONSULTATION TO EDUCATORS ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN AN EFFORT TO CREATE LEARNING COMMUNITIES WHERE ALL CHILDREN, TEACHERS AND FAMILIES CAN THRIVE. AMAZE CONTINUALLY UPGRADES AND IMPROVES ITS LITERATURE BASED ON CURRICULUM WITH THE HELP OF COMMUNITY TASK FORCES MADE UP OF EDUCATORS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH IDENTITIES AND LIVED EXPERIENCES PORTRAYED IN AMAZE'S ANTI-BIAS CURRICULUM.
