SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH COLLABORATION & INTEGRATION OF CARE

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: WE PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE, COORDINATED SERVICES TO ADULTS LIVING WITH A MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS THAT HELP THEM WORK TOWARD THEIR GOALS FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE MEDICATION ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION, INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, CRISIS ASSISTANCE, RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION, HOUSING SUPPORT, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC COORDINATION. OUR SERVICES ARE PERSON-CENTERED, MEANING WE BELIEVE OUR CLIENTS ARE THE EXPERTS ON THEIR EXPERIENCE, GOALS, AND WHAT WELLNESS MEANS TO THEM.

TREATMENT AND RECOVERY: OUR PERSON-CENTERED MENTAL ILLNESS AND SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT SERVICES PROVIDE INTEGRATED, INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH THAT LINKS PSYCHOLOGICAL, BIOLOGICAL, AND SOCIAL FACTORS TO ASSIST PEOPLE IN THE PROCESS OF RECOVERY. PEOPLE INCORPORATED PROVIDES SERVICES AT THREE RULE 36 INTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES (IRTS) LOCATIONS WITH A TOTAL OF 36 BEDS. MENTAL ILLNESS AND SUBSTANCE USE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN 3 INPATIENT SETTINGS WITH A TOTAL OF 46 BEDS AS WELL AS ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS.

SUPPORTED HOUSING - WE PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE, LONG-TERM HOUSING PROGRAMS WITH SERVICES FOR ADULTS LIVING WITH A MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS. THESE SAFE, WELCOMING LOCATIONS PROVIDE A HOME-LIKE ATMOSPHERE AND ARE LOCATED IN RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS IN AND AROUND ST. PAUL, MINNEAPOLIS AND THE SURROUNDING SUBURBS. SERVICES INCLUDE INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: MENTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT, HOME MANAGEMENT, COMMUNITY ORIENTATION, CRISIS INTERVENTION/PREVENTION, AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION.
