Brooklyn Park Property Rehabilitation Program: Greater Baybrook Alliance partnered with Arundel Community Development Services to acquire and rehabilitate distressed residential properties in the Brooklyn Park neighborhood into high-quality affordable housing for workforce households.
GREATER BAYBROOK ALLIANCE LAUNCHED ITS SPRUCE UP PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES CAPITAL FUNDS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS TO MAKE SMALL- AND MEDIUM-SIZED IMPROVEMENTS TO COMMUNITY SPACES.
