The purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows: (A) To identify, research, analyze, and pursue solutions to problems of consumer protection, environmental protection and preservation, corporate and governmental responsibility to the public, and other issues affecting the welfare of the people of Maryland and elsewhere. We uncover threats to public health and wellbeing and fight to end them, using the time-tested tools of investigative research, media exposs, grassroots organizing, advocacy, and litigation.
