RIC BEGAN OPERATION IN 1999 IN BALTIMORE CITY WITH THE GOALS TO REDUCE SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND INCREASE THE QUALITY OF LIFE INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES IMPACTED BY SUBSTANCE ABUSE. THE RIC PROGRAM OFFERS OUTPATIENT TREATMENT IN A CONTINUM THAT MEETS THE CLIENTS WHERE THEY ARE; WHETHER THEY ARE JUST BEGINNING TO THINK ABOUT TREATMENT OR IN NEED OF RECOVERY SUPPORT.
