Transition Planning II - The Fall Literacy Project assists the young women by providing tutoring and helping them understand their grade level performance while continuing to work on their transition plan.
Transition Planning I - the summer economic development program trains young women for entry level employment
Transition Planning III - This provides internship alignment for the summer transitional program
