OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE SUCCESSFULLY GETTING PEOPLE OFF THE STREET AND FROM TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT HOUSING AND/OR WHICH ARE PROVIDING CASE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES TO AT-RISK OR CURRENTLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
DURING THE YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2019, CHT SOLD ALL OWNED REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES (1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AND 3 EFFICIENCY CONDOMINIUMS) AND INVESTED THE NET PROCEEDS IN ORDER TO MAKE GRANTS TO THIRD PARTY 501C3 ORGANIZATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS PRIMARY MISSION.
