Developed detailed plans for the Prison Visitation Program: - Created a "playbook" to identify, track, and schedule plans to implement visitation - Developed interactive curriculum for both in-person and virtual prison visits - Develop two comprehensive participant preparation programs - one for inside participants, the other for outside participants to be delivered prior to visit - Develop post-visitation debrief curriculum for inside participants
Cultivate partnerships among the various stakeholders for our work including: - Department of Corrections, and prison leadership and administration - Non-profits operating in the criminal justice space - Non-profits, community organizations, policy makers, and businesses that could provide participants or forward our ideas - Institutional and individual donors
