Izzy's Love rescues equines from auctions before being sold to slaughter, from owners' surrenders, and neglect cases. The equines are evaluated for 30 days for behavior, riding abilities, and overall health before being placed for adoption.
Izzy's Love placed many neglected, abused, or unwanted equines in appropriate environments and stabled those remaining, to fulfill their organization's purpose of rescuing, rehabbing, and adoption into permanent homes. During the most recent past year, Izzy's stabled as many as 52 horses. Currently there are 35 horses residing with Izzy's Love.
