C&C Advocacy Inc. provides comprehensive mental healthcare to familes and children utilizing the services of qualified professionals implementing individualized treatment plans which assist all persons in obtaining their desired goals. (See Section O for continuation)
Community Based Services Community Mental Health Services C&C Advocacy Inc. provides counseling as part of its programming to help transform negative actions into new opportunities. Emotional wellness is a key component to achieving goals and creating a positive, productive future. We see counseling as a partnership. Our therapists work with clients to identify strengths, develop coping skills, and promote self actualization and growth. Building on individual strengths and experiences to work through challenges; they can start on a path toward positive self-awarness. *In-Home Individual Therapy for Children, Adolescents and Adults Community Mentoring Highly trained mentors give quality one-on-one attention to each client in order to build strong and meaningful bond. With the support of their mentors, our youth learn to self-evaluate, increase motivation and set goals. The mentors follow our principles of P.A.C.T.
