(2) RECOGNIZED LEADER OF A LABOR-MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE APPROACH TO ADVANCE THE COLLECTIVELY-BARGAINED FINISHING INDUSTRY; AND (3) DRIVING FORCE IN EXPANDING THE COOPERATIVE INITIATIVES TO ADDITIONAL FINISHING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION AND UNION ENTITIES AT ALL LEVELS.

INDUSTRY ADVOCACY - DEVELOPED AND LAUNCHED A COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING AND PROMOTION CAMPAIGN FOCUSED ON ENHANCING IUPAT SIGNATORY CONTRACTORS MARKET SHARE. DEVELOPED AND DEPLOYED A MARKETING CAMPAIGN FOCUSED ON INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CONTRACTORS AND CRAFTWORKERS TAKING PART IN INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS AND CONTRACTOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO INCREASE CONTRACTORS COMPETITIVENESS. DEVELOPED AN ONLINE PLATFORM TO DISTRIBUTE NEWLY CREATED BROCHURES AND OTHER MARKETING COLLATERAL.
