MAINTENANCE OF LOCKHOUSE BUILDING LOCATED NEXT TO THE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER IN HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND. NEW PLANS AND GRANTS HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR TO CONTINUE LOCK RESTORATION IN THE CANAL.
