NAMAD IS COMMITTED TO WORKING CLOSELY WITH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL NAMEPLATE MANUFACTURERS TO ACHIEVE WIN/WIN, SOUND BUSINESS ARRANGEMENTS DESIGNED TO CREATE RECIPROCAL TRADING PARTNERSHIPS. NAMAD'S PROGRAM SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO: 1. ENSURE THE PRESENCE OF A MEANINGFUL REPRESENTATIVE NUMBER OF MINORITY AUTOMOBILE DEALERS WITHIN THE GENERAL BODY OF SUCH BUSINESS ENGAGED IN THE PARTICULAR SEGMENT OF ENTERPRISE KNOWN AS RETAIL AUTOMOBILE SALES AND SERVICES; 2. PRESERVE THE GAINS MADE BY MINORITY AUTO DEALERS TOWARD REASONABLE AND FAIR REPRESENTATION IN THE TOTAL THRUST OF PROMOTING ALL MINORITY ENTERPRISE EFFORTS IN AMERICA; 3. ENCOURAGE THE EMPLOYMENT AND BETTERMENT OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS THROUGH EDUCATION, EXCHANGE OF (CONTINTUED ON SCHEDULE O) INFORMATION AND THE ACTIONS OF NAMAD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FINANCIAL COMMUNITY AND AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURERS. NAMAD'S PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS, AND PUBLICATION OF RESOURCE MATERIALS FOR THE GENERAL EDUCATION AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES OF MINORITY AUTO DEALERS.
