HFI works to eradicate chronic hepatitis for 400 million people globally. HFI is also dedicated to increasing and promoting health and wellness as well as reducing the incidence of preventable liver related chronic diseases and lifestyles. Continuation in Schedule O.
HFI is dedicated to increasing and promoting health and wellness, as well as reducing the incidence of preventable liver related chronic diseases and lifestyles that negatively impact the liver. HFI has developed signature programs that are consistent with our mission while addressing key disease states for pptimal health outcomes. Some of these programs include Diabetic L.I.V.E. (TM), Hepatitis Health Hotline (TM), P-MED (Patient Medical Assistance Program) (TM), and T.E.X.X.T. (TM) an HCV/HIV Initiative.
HFI has developed several advocacy initiatives that are consistent with our mission and serve to bolster HFIs efforts and work with key legislators, keep the pulse of and promote liver related concerns for our cnostituents. HFI has participated in the Annual Liver Action Day on Capitol Hill, collaborated in developing policy, and consistently represents under represented populations of those affected by or living with liver related health conditions.
HFI is recognized worldwide as an innovative leader in its 20 plus years of contributing to the availability of accurate information about the liver, viral hepatitis and other liver related health issues. HFI is a strong propenent for accelerating health research, in hopes of shortnening the length of time cures for hepatitis and other liver related diseases are discovered. HFI conducts research across the national health database and collects self reported data on the determinants of a patients health an dunmet medical needs to provide additional programs and services. HFI partners with key entities to develop innovative, cutting edge tools to provide patient centered research to assist individuals, patients and their health care providers to make more informed health decisions and to move to optimal health.
